Update on DS

I just realized I never updated on DS's sleep study. Apparently, he has severe sleep apnea. Plus, he doesn't spend very much time in the fourth stage of sleep. If anyone is wondering what THAT means... don't ask me I'm not really sure! LOL We have been referred to a specialist at Children's Hospital and have an appointment in August. Hopefully, there will be something that can be done about it. We did see a pulmonologist (who then referred us to a specialist) and he did a Pulmonary Function test. He said that the results showed that DS had an upper airway obstruction of some sort, possibly something to do with his vocal chords. Now we just wait for the next appointment.
