Aarau, Switzerland

This is the hotel we stayed at in Switzerland. It was a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. The staff were extremely kind. Sabina, one of the managers I think, was wonderful about filling out a police report on the missing purse for me. It was in German and I don't speak a word of it. Plus, she could have made me go to the police station but instead she called them, printed the report off the internet AND filled it out for me. Wonderful, wonderful girl.

The restaurant has great food, I recommend their tomato cream soup and their stuffed veal scallops. There is also a night club right under the hotel (below the street) called Dock 25 (?) that was a lot of fun. Plus, it is right next to the train station so you don't have to drag your luggage all over town. Aarau is about 25 minutes from Zurich by train and you can go to all the tourist spots from there fairly easily by train.
